After each course, we send our students a request to fill out a survey and let us know what we could do to make the class better. Also, feel free to go to some review website and click on the links to write a review with Angies List, Google, Yelp, Yahoo or Bing. Pick one! We appreciate your time in doing that and want to make every effort to address any issues, or obtain referrals from happy customers or get feedback on what we can do better. It’s your voice, use it!

A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, business casual dress, yourself-on time, personal computer, a flash drive, and your utmost attention. Also, bring business cards, resumés and the like as these classes are great opportunities to network!

The ICT Essentials suite of courses is designed to help teachers provide students with the computer, digital, and Information Technology (IT) skills necessary for success in their future academic and occupational goals. In addition to fundamental computer skills, this series covers technologies associated with web development, multimedia, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, Internet communications, cyber security, gaming, and basic programming.

First, think of computer training as an investment. It’s an investment in yourself and in your career. Cost is different. A can of soda might cost you $ 1.20 at the local convenience store, and be gone in a few gulps. It might taste good, but will leave you with little lasting value. Computer training, however, opens career avenues, and will last you a lifetime. The knowledge stays with you wherever you go. So how much of an investment? It depends on the particular computer training classes you take. We don’t publish a public schedule or price list. We aren’t interested in a price war. Nobody wins in a price war. That’s when you have to start cutting corners – and leaving things out.

BluWire uses Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Tracking software. When an issue is resolved simply rank the experience with our technical support with a smiling, neutral, or upset face. If the selection is anything but a smiling face, a client manager will reach out to see how we can do better in the future.
